More Layers

Last weekend we went to stay with some relatives as part of our trip to Peppa Pig World (Yay!) – actually more fun than it sounds….unless you went on your own without kids, because that would be weird. But I digress.

On the Sunday we all went out for lunch at a chain pub, which was again better than it sounds. On the way into the establishment, the girls were rather taken by a big picture of two rather spectacular looking knickerbocker glories. After a bit of treat negotiation, we conceded that they could share one if they ate all their pasta.

In the final event, we had to leave earlier than would afford us the time to fulfil this promise. So we made renegotiated the promise to make some at home.
